About The Position

Are you ready to take on an exhilarating role as an AI Enablement Program Lead at Kyndryl? We are seeking a dynamic professional to support initiatives that enable CIO team members in AI and other emerging technologies. As AI Enablement Program Lead you will focuses on driving education and engagement through well-structured programs and impactful events. This role involves managing outcomes, including project plans, milestones, and deliverables for related projects. As a Kyndryl AI Enablement Program Lead, you'll play a vital role in our CIO mission, bringing innovation and collaboration to the table.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology enablement or learning initiatives.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic agile environment, adapting to changing priorities while remaining outcome focused.
• Demonstrated success in program design, training delivery, and change management.
• strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• East coast US candidates are preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of data analysis, dashboards, and business metrics to extract key insights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and subject matter experts in Learning and across CIO to develop and deliver education programs on AI and emerging technologies.
• Plan and execute events and activities that foster learning and adoption across the CIO organization.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor program effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
