About The Position

We are seeking an AI Enablement Intern to join our IT team for a short-term summer internship based in Portsmouth, NH. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise AI tools, with a focused scope supporting a limited set of AI agents developed using Microsoft Copilot Studio. In this internship, you will be developing hands-on experience by working within IT and alongside business stakeholders to help design and test AI agents that support global teams. The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and practical application within clearly defined use cases.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Interest in AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in the Portsmouth, NH office during the internship period.
Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Copilot or Teams.
Exposure to low-code tools or automation concepts.
Relevant coursework or academic projects related to IT or AI.

Responsibilities

Assist with the design, testing, and refinement of a small number of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Support predefined AI use cases aligned to IT and business workflows.
Participate in structured testing to validate agent responses and usability.
Help document agent functionality and basic usage guidance.
Collaborate with IT team members and business stakeholders to gather feedback.
Learn and follow internal guidelines related to security, data protection, and responsible AI use.
