About The Position

This role will focus on developing and maintaining internal learning materials and knowledge assets for global AI enablement. The intern will work closely with a team of learning and knowledge professionals to help our colleagues understand how to bring AI into their work and customize this to their role and practice.

Requirements

Interest in leaning and development, enablement, knowledge management, and internal communications
Strong PowerPoint and graphic design skills and attention to detail
Ability to organize and simplify complex information
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
In order to be considered, you must have at least completed your junior year of undergraduate study by the summer of 2026
Only students who are authorized to work in the United States will be considered

Nice To Haves

Relevant coursework or prior internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of enablement and knowledge materials
Assist with preparing communications and enablement materials for internal teams
Help create learning materials on new AI concepts and products for general use globally
Research and collate updates in AI tools and concepts for distribution through a variety of internal channels
