The AI Enablement Consultant is responsible for identifying, implementing, and enabling best-in-class artificial intelligence tools and workflows across the organization, with a specific focus on the apparel and consumer products lifecycle. This role acts as a bridge between creative, product, marketing, operations, and legal/compliance considerations — ensuring that AI is used effectively, ethically, and in alignment with company goals. The role will evaluate and implement AI solutions, train and coach staff on appropriate use, establish internal best practices, and partner with legal and leadership to ensure responsible adoption. A key early initiative for this role will be the implementation of AI-driven creative workflows (including mock apparel imagery and catalog visuals) to reduce reliance on physical samples and photoshoots while maintaining brand quality and integrity.
