This is an educational role focused on teaching how AI transforms the way we work, covering topics like effective prompting techniques, AI-enhanced workflows, evolving job roles, and best practices for human-AI collaboration. We need a true AI expert who can identify emerging industry concepts, deeply understand their technical mechanisms, and immediately translate them into high-impact educational moments. While Box context will be woven in where relevant, the primary focus is on the broader landscape of AI in the workplace, not on Box product training.

Requirements

  • AI-native practitioner/educator with deep enough AI knowledge to be credible. You are great at translating that knowledge into an educational series.
  • Speed and agility: You approach AI technology with a true newsroom mindset. You can absorb complex technical material in the morning and be fully prepared to break it down clearly on camera by the afternoon.
  • Exceptional on-camera presence: You are comfortable, engaging, and authoritative on video. You can hold an audience's attention while discussing dense technical topics. You are comfortable being a host for an Executive interview on AI
  • 3+ years creating technical education content: Experience creating videos, tutorials, documentation, courses, or articles for enterprise audiences.
  • Excellent storytelling skills: You know how to structure a complex argument or explanation so that it is intuitive and memorable.
  • Technical curiosity: You actively research and experiment with new models and tools yourself.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML.
  • Built a following or audience in the AI/tech space.
  • Experience presenting to B2B SaaS or enterprise audiences.
  • Understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI Thought Leadership & Education Strategy
  • Monitor the bleeding edge: Actively track real-time developments in the AI landscape.
  • Rapid response education: When a new AI concept or model drops in the industry, you are quick to understand it and get on camera, explain it, and show the audience how to best use it.
  • Translate complexity: You turn dense AI technical concepts into clear, energetic video explanations.
  • Implementation guidance: You’ll often interview Box engineers, technical experts, product managers, and customers to extract technical insights and turn them into real-world teaching moments.
  • Listening and Editorial Signal
  • You will be Box’s most plugged-in observer of what’s happening in AI and enterprise AI conversations.
  • Be the Face of Box AI
  • On-Camera Talent: You will present technical content on camera with extreme clarity, energy, and authority. You must be comfortable speaking to both high-level strategy and low-level technical execution.
  • Script, Storyboard and Record: You will own the narrative. You will write the scripts and structure the flow of educational videos to ensure maximum retention and clarity.
  • Collaborate on Production: You will partner closely with creative teams to create on-camera presentations and demos and ensure the final output matches your technical vision.
  • Build the Series: You’ll create educational video series that will progressively build audience knowledge, moving from conceptual explainers to use-case walkthroughs.
  • Measure Impact & Iterate
  • Define success metrics: view completion rates, engagement depth, downstream activation, audience feedback, and search performance.
  • Analyze retention curves and viewer behavior to continuously improve your teaching effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, and Campaigns teams to integrate your educational content into broader go-to-market strategies.
