Position Summary CVS Health is seeking an experienced, highly motivated AI Senior Manager Digital Product to join our Aetna Digital Product team. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative AI digital products that enhance and simplify the healthcare experience for our members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to create AI solutions that align with our mission to deliver superior and connected experiences, lower the cost of care, and improve the health and well-being of those we serve. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI products, a deep understanding of AI, and experience working closely with engineering, product, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital products
  • 3+ years experience leading and delivering complex AI products incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models
  • 5+ years of experience incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models into digital products to accelerate the development process or improve member experiences
  • Proven track record of launching successful digital solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience)

  • Experience creating consumer-facing digital products for iOS, Android, and web
  • Strong understanding and intuition for product management principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and user research methods, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio of digital health insurance products. Align your product goals with organizational objectives and customer needs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architecture, design, content, engineering, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to develop and launch high-quality digital products. Create, optimize, and implement processes for working together more efficiently
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user by integrating customer feedback, usability testing, and market research into product development. Ensure products meet the needs of diverse user groups and accessibility standards
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics and user data to identify trends, inform product decisions, and optimize product features. Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs and measure success
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Manage expectations and solicit feedback to ensure alignment across the organization
  • Problem Resolution: Roll up your sleeves and guide teams to resolve business, design, and engineering problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead agile epic and feature development and refinement processes, including PI planning, backlog management, and prioritization of features
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies for your subject areas. Leverage insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
