About The Position

Insight is excited to announce our 2026 Summer Internship program! We are looking for motivated rising college seniors to join our 10-week, full-time, paid internship starting on June 1, 2026. Insight’s Google Solution Line Change Management team is seeking a motivated and creative intern to join our team to focus on Enterprise AI training. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience enabling the team to help clients harness the power of AI, specifically through developing world-class, engaging training materials for the Google AI toolset.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate degree program in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Available for the full internship duration from June 1 to August 7, 2026
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work on-site at our Phoenix, Chicago, or Columbus office
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
  • Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in Generative AI and Large Language Models, specifically the ability to quickly learn tools like Google Gemini Enterprise and related AI tools.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gemini, Gemini Enterprise)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with experience or a strong interest in creating presentation or video content with training development programs and video tools experience helpful.
  • Proactive learner with a passion for technology and a desire to learn about emerging AI solutions.
  • Proven ability to conduct independent research and synthesize findings into clear reports or summaries (to support the responsibility of researching industry trends).
  • Familiarity with the content development or curriculum design process, including version control or methodology documentation (to support the development of curriculums and methodology documents).
  • Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information for a non-technical audience (emphasizing the collaboration responsibility).

Responsibilities

  • Review existing Gemini Enterprise training materials to assess their accuracy and effectiveness, identifying opportunities for update and alignment with modern adult learning best practices helping the team deliver an engaging learning experience.
  • Develop/update training materials (presentations, curriculum outlines, and short instructional videos).
  • Research and report on industry trends and preferences in adult learning, especially within the technology sector bringing new insights into best practices to deliver training.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for non-technical audiences.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive training curriculums and methodology documents that ensure consistent and effective learning experience.
