Erwin Forrest Builders, a premier residential renovation & construction firm in the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a curious, proactive, and tech-savvy AI Business Process Optimization Specialist to work across teams, identify efficiency opportunities, and implement tools that make a real impact. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, creative thinking, and continuous improvement, and who wants to grow alongside a company intentionally evolving its systems as it continues to expand This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Center Valley, PA, with standard business hours. On-site presence is required initially for onboarding and team collaboration. Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce repetitive tasks.
- Build and implement automations using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, and more.
- Partner with department leads to ensure solutions are practical, adopted, and delivering results.
- Track and measure the impact of new tools and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Audit Buildertrend usage and create prioritized improvement plans.
- Document processes, create dashboards or reports, and communicate findings across teams.
- Present a 6-month technology roadmap and recommendations to leadership.
- Support general administrative and operational needs as projects evolve.
