We are searching for an experienced AI Business Analyst Intern- Summer 2026 at our Plant 4 HQ-Elkhart-IN facility. The intern will work on a series of short-term, clearly defined projects that can be completed within the internship period. While specific projects are still being finalized, the focus will be on business process mapping, documentation, and identifying opportunities for improvement across the organization. This role is business process focused (not business intelligence or dashboard development) and will involve close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a business-related degree (Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Design, Leadership, or similar)
  • Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to interview stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to break down complex processes into clear, structured documentation
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Coursework or experience related to organizational design or change management.
  • Comfortable working independently on short, focused projects
  • Organized, curious, and detail-oriented
  • Rising Senior or MBA students preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to product management or product design concepts
  • Experience with process mapping tools or methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Interview stakeholders to understand current business processes
  • Create clear process maps and documentation (current state and future state)
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or improvement opportunities in workflows
  • Document recommended process improvements and optimization ideas
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to validate findings
  • Support process standardization and organizational clarity initiatives
