About The Position

The Role Strategic Partnership & Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between GCO, the WE DO Corp IT Platforms team, and the Automation and AI COEs, fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business needs and build technology solutions that support operational goals. Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development Maintain current‑state assessments of GCO tools, systems, and processes, documenting strengths, gaps, and opportunities. Establish and maintain a comprehensive technology and automation roadmap that aligns with organizational priorities and future‑state vision. Process Optimization & Automation Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation and process redesign. Recommend and shape automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on efficiency and cost reduction. Technology Implementation Partner closely with IT teams to design, evaluate, and implement technology solutions – including RPA, AI, machine learning, and other emerging capabilities. Support project planning, requirements gathering, and development to ensure successful implementation of new tools and features. Vendor Partnership Collaborate with Vendor Management to evaluate external technology partners and provide feedback on vendor performance, capabilities, and future enhancements. Change Adoption Promote continuous learning and encourage team proficiency in emerging technologies, automation and AI. Work Environment Operate effectively in a fully remote role, demonstrating accountability, communication, and self‑management. Contribute to a collaborative and high‑performing team culture. This role will require working US hours.
