About The Position

AI Application Architect Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to one of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA, Hanover, MD, Mason, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Ashburn, VA, Norfolk, VA or New York, NY. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. The AI A pplication Architect creates architectural solutions that articulate the business context, conceptual design, and component-level logical design. How You Will Make an Impact Designs AI-centric application architectures and patterns that guide the integration of LLMs, ML models, and intelligent capabilities into enterprise applications. Builds and evaluates POCs/POTs to validate architectural patterns, reference implementations, and new AI frameworks. Creates linkage across architectural components, ensuring cohesive and scalable integration of AI workloads. Defines and evolves standards that incorporate AI, event-driven patterns, microservices, and enterprise integration approaches. Reviews emerging AI technologies for conformance to architecture guidelines and future-state direction. Develops foundational AI patterns, RAG architectures, and reusable modules that engineering teams can adopt. Ensures efficient infrastructure utilization , particularly for compute-heavy AI model workloads. Partners with engineering, data science, and cloud teams to evaluate end-to-end solution feasibility. Contributes to overall systems architecture vision and ensures specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged. Contributes to defining architecture standards and anticipate areas where architecture standards may need to be developed that are in-line with customer, IT and industry standards. Verifies efficient utilization of hardware and storage capacity. Develops linkage and relationship of architectural components. Identifies service requirements, component capacities and loads for planned business growth. Reviews an application/technology for conformance to the current architecture and standards.
