This role is for an AI & data focused intern who will partner with the Analytics team to analyze text data from our customer calls using AI. The results will be shared with Customer Success leadership and inform CS strategy on client retention. Project Scope: Using AI, the intern will review existing Gong customer call data and build upon several early-stage models to determine whether existing clients will churn or renew Ideally this analysis will inform a larger model to provide an early warning signal to CS about customers threatening to leave Key stakeholders include the following teams: Analytics, Data Engineering, Customer Success and Sales Deliverables: This project changes rapidly as new info is found and implemented. Some potential tasks include: Working with CS and data engineering to find data surrounding key customers we want to evaluate Running models through Claude to determine which approaches produce the most predictive outcomes Creating PowerPoints to summarize the results of the project for management Suggesting changes to the process to improve and strengthen our existing models and data practices Learning objectives: Tools to gain skills with: SQL, Excel, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) Business exposure: CS, Analytics and Sales leadership Professional Development: Role will partially own all development of models through the duration of their internship
