About The Position

This role is a generalist intern position with three prioritized areas of ownership: With intentions of allowing the employee to gravitate towards a preferred field while learning business operations. AI Development & Experimentation — Primary / Weekly You'd help us test and build out AI tools for internal use. That means writing and adjusting prompts for LLM’s, running experiments to see what works, and keeping notes on what you tried and what happened. If you've messed around with ChatGPT or Claude on your own time and thought "I wonder how a company would actually use this ?" Data Management & Analysis — Secondary / Daily & Project We have data spread across a bunch of systems. You'd help pull it together, clean it up, and make it useful. Automating spreadsheets, Python scripts, connecting tools to each other, and putting together quick visuals so the team can see what's going on. If something breaks in the pipeline, you'd help figure out why. Project Support & Deployment — Tertiary / Weekly & Monthly Assist in AI project tracking: maintain task lists, coordinate with team members, and update progress reports. Support deployment activities: test AI applications in staging environments, gather feedback, and assist with rollouts.
