About The Position

Banesco USA is seeking an AI Adoption Lead for our Learning & Development team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Three (3) years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies (particularly Generative AI like Gemini/Google Workspace) OR demonstrated experience leading technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. You are naturally curious and approachable.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver live training sessions and workshops to mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success driving AI adoption or automation initiatives even if not in a formal AI role.
• Experience managing projects that involve change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient and advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, with strong organization, time-management and prioritizing skills.
• Strong customer service skills, ensuring satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
• Ability to work and complete task producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver comprehensive training, workshops, playbooks, and digital learning resources that raise AI literacy and make AI accessible, practical, and impactful for employees at every level.
• Lead short, hands-on sessions (e.g., 'brown bag' lunches, demos, workshops) for all departments throughout the year to maintain momentum.
• Work cross functionally to ensure solutions embed seamlessly into day to day workflows and deliver obvious, measurable value.
• Lead all change management activities within a structured process framework, acting as the go-to resource for staff questions, fears, and safe-use guidance.
• Collaborate with various areas to ensure AI adoption aligns with organizational needs and client expectations.
• Create new programs and initiatives to promote AI usage throughout all the areas of the bank.
• Partner with business units to map current state processes, quantify inefficiencies and prioritize high impact automation opportunities.
• Curate real Banesco USA examples of successful AI use for internal sharing to drive social proof.
• Champion ethical, compliant and secure use of AI; collaborate with IT Security and Legal to implement appropriate guardrails, monitoring and access controls.
• Act as a high-trust steward for systems processing sensitive information, ensuring staff understands the difference between public, internal, and confidential data.
• Track usage metrics, user sentiment and business impact of deployed automations; iterate rapidly based on insights.
• Responsible for completing the annual training program assigned.
• Performs other functions and /or duties as assigned.
