AGS NETWORK DATA ANALYST
About The Position
The Network Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance data in support of the Amazon air network. This role produces daily and monthly network performance reports for airline partners and company executives, reconciles operational and financial data, and provides operational support to ensure accurate tracking of network performance, schedules, and payments. The analyst plays a key role in maintaining data integrity across internal accounting records and customer-reported metrics, while supporting leadership with timely, data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint required).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, lookups required).
- Basic working knowledge of Power BI.
- Strong digital filing and data management skills.
- Ability to run and interpret data-driven performance reports.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple data streams with accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive operational and financial data.
Responsibilities
- Collect and track daily network performance data including delays, flight segments, spare aircraft usage, and penalties.
- Compile and calculate daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for airlines and company executives.
- Maintain and update daily spreadsheets to capture critical network data.
- Produce accurate and timely network performance reports to support operational decision-making.
- Collect and compile network data to ensure accuracy of reported performance metrics.
- Reconcile conflicting operational and financial data between internal accounting records and customer-provided data.
- Support accounting and management teams with validated, audit-ready performance reports.
- Develop, update, and maintain essential network spreadsheets used to track: Network performance Flight schedules Spare utilization Penalties and chargeable events Payments and financial impacts
- Create structured, organized digital filing systems to maintain data accessibility and compliance.
- Generate data-driven performance reports and dashboards to support executive visibility.
- Provide operational support for the Amazon network as needed.
- Collect and distribute daily and weekly performance data to airline partners.
- Cover responsibilities of the AGS Supervisor during absences.
- Assist with office administrative duties including filing, composing correspondence, copying, proof-reading, and answering phones.
