Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Agronomy Location Managers to set and achieve annual sales targets.
  • Manage delivery schedules and maintain strong sales relationships, ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Conduct regular sales visits to all potential customers within the designated trade area.
  • Provide expert recommendations and ensure the proper application of the products sold.
  • Assist in the development of competitive marketing strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional service to meet both company and customer objectives. This includes responding promptly to customer inquiries, promoting repeat business by enhancing customer profitability, and maintaining expertise in retail sales and relevant programs.
