This position will work closely with our Shop Foreman to assist with clerical duties in the shop and assist in the parts room. We are offering a range of $25-28/hr. This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining parts and service software, assist in receiving parts, and maintaining inventory. This person will also assist with the Ag Shop safety program along with keeping an up to date E-Binder. This person will assist with full time and seasonal training. This position will assist with tracking hourly employee time records, and ensure crews are properly staffed on a day to day basis.

Requirements

Excellent computer skills
Good communication skills
At least one year of previous work experience.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, climb, lift and stoop.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Agricultural background is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Establishing and maintaining parts and service software
Recieving and maintaining parts inventory
Maintaining an organized parts room(s)
Assisting with shop safety program including inspections, toolbox talks, and E-Binder
Assisting with fullt time and seasonal training (documents, tests, checklists, etc.)
Tracking hourly employee time records
Manage daily crew staffing
Parts delivery
Other tasks as assigned
