Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience with inventory management systems.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online accounting software.
Experience with payroll, scheduling, and accounting business applications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Metrc Cannabis Compliance Tracking System is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all financial activities including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee cash flow management and monitor financial risks.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve internal controls and operational efficiency.
Provide detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making by the executive team.
Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial performance and assist with budgeting processes.
Lead annual financial reviews and coordinate with external auditors and tax preparers.
