About The Position

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Help desk support for a U.S. Army Customer. The selected candidate will provide support for the Army's CAC PKI system. You will perform routine helpdesk functions to assist customers with the use and application of the PKI infrastructure. Requirements

  • Clearance Level: Secret
  • Education: AA/AS or equivalent experience
  • Certifications (IAT Level II): One of the following: CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP
  • 0-2 years of experience in help desk support and IT

Nice To Haves

  • MCP or other related Microsoft certification
  • Computing environment certification

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot end user PKI installations
  • Process, track, and manage account documentation
  • Interact with users and evaluate vendor products
  • Track hardware and software, coordinate installation and provide backup recovery
