About The Position

We are seeking a Agile Practice Lead - Senior to join our team supporting the FBI’s Operational Technology Division. Leads Agile adoption, execution, and continuous improvement across the Multimedia Exploitation Unit software development environment. Drives alignment between mission objectives, product delivery, and engineering execution using Scaled Agile Framework practices tailored to a high tempo, mission critical law enforcement environment. Establishes and enforces Agile governance, ensuring teams deliver secure, scalable, and high quality solutions that support multimedia exploitation, forensic processing, and enterprise integration across distributed systems and cloud environments. This contract supports a government agency's capability to ingest, process, and analyze massive volumes of digital evidence into actionable intelligence. The program drives full lifecycle development, from building scalable applications and forensic tools to integrating enterprise services and maintaining hybrid cloud and classified infrastructure. The work ensures users can securely access, review, and collaborate on evidence in real time. This strengthens national security and investigative outcomes by combining advanced analytics, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery to give investigators faster, more reliable insight into complex digital evidence. Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information access required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
8 years of experience with Agile
Extensive experience leading Agile and SAFe implementations in large scale, complex software development environments
Proven ability to manage cross functional teams delivering enterprise level applications and services
Strong understanding of software development life cycles, DevOps practices, and cloud based architectures
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant, or equivalent Agile certification
Experience facilitating program increment planning, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies at scale
Demonstrated ability to translate mission requirements into structured Agile delivery frameworks
Experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics, program performance, and delivery outcomes
Ability to identify and resolve program level risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence, or national security programs
Familiarity with multimedia processing systems, digital forensics, or large scale data platforms
Experience working in secure environments with strict cybersecurity and compliance requirements
Background in DevOps, CI CD pipelines, and cloud native application delivery

Responsibilities

Leads implementation and maturation of Agile and SAFe practices across multiple cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and mission priorities.
Facilitates quarterly program increment planning sessions, coordinating stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Drives decomposition of complex requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring traceability from mission needs to delivered capabilities.
Establishes Agile release trains and promotes collaboration across development, infrastructure, and integration teams to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions.
Monitors team performance, velocity, and delivery metrics, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Implements best practices for backlog management, sprint execution, and incremental delivery to ensure consistent, high quality releases.
Coordinates across stakeholders including government leadership, product owners, and technical leads to ensure alignment with evolving mission requirements.
Provides coaching and mentorship to Scrum Masters, product owners, and development teams to strengthen Agile maturity and execution discipline.
Ensures integration of cybersecurity, compliance, and quality assurance requirements into Agile workflows and delivery pipelines.
Supports risk management by identifying program level risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring visibility to leadership.
Drives continuous feedback loops with end users and stakeholders to refine requirements and improve operational effectiveness of delivered tools.
Promotes collaboration across partner agencies and technical teams to enhance interoperability and shared development efforts.
