We are seeking an experienced HR leader to build and lead our new Agile Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Team — the strategic engine of agility within the C+AI HR organization. This role will be instrumental in evolving how we deliver HR partnership at scale, ensuring our HRBP community operates with speed, consistency, and innovation. This position serves as a right-hand partner to the C+AI HRBP Leader, owning the HRBP operating model and driving enterprise-wide excellence in how HRBPs deliver impact. The Director will oversee the Agile HRBP team, allocate resources to high-priority business and talent initiatives, champion process improvements, and embed AI-enabled ways of working across the function. This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of strategy, people, and operations, shaping the next-generation HR model for one of Microsoft’s most transformative business groups.
