About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead and oversee maintenance activities for fixed plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to achieve cost-effective solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment longevity.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of aggregate plant equipment and maintenance practices.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing maintenance activities in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze problems and implement innovative solutions.
