About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. Drive continuous improvement in plant performance and cost optimization. Manage and develop team members to achieve operational excellence. Oversee equipment maintenance and reliability programs. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
