Requirements

• Strong passion for sales and relationship building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and receptive to coaching

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and generate new leads through creative outreach and networking
• Initiate contact with potential clients to assess their insurance needs
• Present and promote a wide portfolio of Farmers Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business policies
• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing effective sales strategies
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations
• Accurately manage client information and sales activities using agency tools and resources
