About The Position

The Agent Support Specialist at Brock Partners focuses on agent-facing operational support, onboarding, and day-to-day service for independent agents working with the organization. This role emphasizes agent success, compliance assistance, contracting coordination, and resource support. The Specialist ensures a smooth experience for agents by helping them navigate systems, tools, carrier requirements, and business processes.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance or agent support experience preferred (Medicare experience a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to agents regarding contracting, certifications, and onboarding processes.
  • Assist agents with system navigation, quoting tools, enrollment platforms, and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between agents and Brock Partners corporate operations.
  • Resolve agent questions related to commissions, carrier processes, and platform access.
  • Coordinate communication, updates, and resource distribution to agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of agent contracting, performance, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Support leadership with reporting, special projects, and operational improvements.
  • Assist with training coordination, webinars, and agent resource development.
