About The Position

The Agent Support Specialist at Brock Partners focuses on agent-facing operational support, onboarding, and day-to-day service for independent agents working with the organization. This role emphasizes agent success, compliance assistance, contracting coordination, and resource support. The Specialist ensures a smooth experience for agents by helping them navigate systems, tools, carrier requirements, and business processes.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Insurance or agent support experience preferred (Medicare experience a plus).

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to agents regarding contracting, certifications, and onboarding processes.
Assist agents with system navigation, quoting tools, enrollment platforms, and compliance requirements.
Serve as a central point of contact between agents and Brock Partners corporate operations.
Resolve agent questions related to commissions, carrier processes, and platform access.
Coordinate communication, updates, and resource distribution to agents.
Maintain accurate records of agent contracting, performance, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Support leadership with reporting, special projects, and operational improvements.
Assist with training coordination, webinars, and agent resource development.
