To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Types of Candidates We're Looking For: High School Diploma Ability to work a flexible schedule Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Proficient in data entry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, react quickly to changes and proactively resolve needs of leadership and department Ability to handle all matters with confidentiality and discretion he Primary function is to oversee the HSV department's arrival audit processes, making outbound calls to members to confirm reservation details, communication with department's vendor partners regarding the member's vacation package components & completing other required departmental reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, react quickly to changes and proactively resolve needs of leadership and department

Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to guests 45 days prior to their arrival date to complete final confirmation of their arrival and ensure eligibility
  • Receive inbound calls from guests wishing to confirm their reservation and package details
  • Reserve, cancel, and reschedule reservations and package components as necessary
  • Problem solve and provide world-class customer service
  • Assist in the fulfilment of package components as needed
  • Complete end-of-day performance forms
  • In addition, this position may generate and distribute reports including arrival reports, agent error reports, and any ancillary reports as requested.
  • This Team Member will maintain a level of accuracy of at least 95% of input on all data entry tasks and ensure confidentiality of all data.
