About The Position

The Part Time Agent Recruiting Specialist for Suncoast Realty Solutions is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across residential and commercial real estate sectors. This role focuses on recruiting agents, broker associates, and commercial practitioners across a large geographic market area. The recruiter plays a key role in identifying qualified candidates who drive organizational growth and success. Staying informed on market trends, licensing requirements, and industry regulations is essential to ensure compliance and alignment with business needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Broker’s License with 5+ years of real estate leading a team or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting for real estate roles (agents, brokers, property managers)
  • Proven ability to recruit across multiple real estate sectors (luxury, commercial, REITs)
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, licensing requirements, and market trends
  • Familiarity with platforms such as MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and real estate-specific job boards
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Strong Social Media reach and ability to utilize platforms to create relationships
  • Knowledge of real estate technology (CRM systems, transaction management software)
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
  • Ability to independently resolve problems or situations with varying complexities
  • Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
  • Ability to explain practices, procedures, and policies to reach agreement with others
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of credit union computer systems and software applications required to perform job duties

Responsibilities

  • Designs and executes recruitment strategies for roles in sales, leasing, property management, and development
  • Works closely with Managing Broker to build recruitment goals for the company based upon prior year sales and areas of opportunity
  • Works with the Managing Broker and CUSO VP to ensure that growth strategy aligns with overall growth of Suncoast across Florida markets
  • Strengthens the company’s value proposition for agents seeking a full service brokerage experience
  • Sources candidates through recruiting software and industry-specific platforms, LinkedIn, personal relationship building and networking events
  • Verifies licensing and certifications as required by state regulations
  • Conducts interviews to assess experience, market knowledge, and customer service skills
  • Stays current on real estate trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
  • Manages the full recruitment cycle and onboarding
  • Builds and maintains a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Performs reference and background checks to ensure candidate suitability
  • Promotes diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
  • Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
  • Complete annual compliance and info security training to understand employees' role in maintaining effective compliance and security programs
