Requirements

  • Customer Service and/or sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Be highly driven and a self-starter.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities.
  • Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Sales Agents with qualified prospects for timeshare presentations as well as event participation.
  • Provides general concierge services for all members, owners, and guests by offering area information and booking activities prior to guest arrival.
  • Provides information & Incentives for guests to attend a sales presentation.
  • Ensures guests meets minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
  • Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour with reservations.
  • Maintains the minimum standard for penetration, bounce back sales, show percent, and budgeted volume per month based on guest segment.
