Requirements

• Results-driven with a passion for sales and client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through various outreach methods
• Assess each client’s needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Sell and present Farmers Insurance offerings, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
• Stay up to date with insurance product knowledge, regulations, and industry trends
• Accurately manage sales activities and follow-ups using agency systems
