About The Position

Serves as a consultant to the Agent Experience team, providing strategic advice and hands-on executing for events and relationship building strategies. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements and enhancements, delivers actionable recommendations, and actively implements solutions to enhance agent experience initiatives. Leads out on projects and events and presents in meetings, representing the company in a professional way. This position is a hybrid position that will require you to come in the office 3 times a week. We are looking for candidates who have have high attention to details, project management experience, be process oriented excellent interpersonal skills including presenting and running meetings. Experience working with budgets and contracts and excellent writing skills would be a plus. please see the minimum qualifications below Essential Functions Advise and support agent contracting, training, and team processes to ensure success. Consult on agent events, providing expertise in planning, contracting, budgeting, and execution. Facilitate updates to systems, policies, and processes by recommending and implementing innovative solutions. Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for enhancements, supporting project execution for the Agent Experience team. Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance and actionable solutions that enhance the agent experience. Apply advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges and manage sensitive conversations. Engage directly with key agents and agencies to understand needs and deliver tailored consulting support across all markets and lines of business.

Requirements

  • Three years’ work experience in a business or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience advising on and executing initiatives, with a proven ability to translate recommendations into actionable solutions
