Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered.Job Summary Administers, and communicates benefit policies and procedures to participants of the Agent Benefits program. Investigates and resolves complaints and issues, including coordination with carriers for traditional and non-traditional benefit plans. Serves as a subject matter expert to assigned plans and answers inquiries on benefit eligibility and plan coverages by agents, district managers, agency staff, carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Demonstrates a fundamental understanding of other non-traditional benefit plans including Errors and Omissions, deferred compensation, and the Fidelity Bond. Performs regular audits of benefit enrollments, eligibility, and plan administration to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and identifies areas for process improvement. Be comfortable working with technology, including various software applications and online platforms, to manage, analyze, and communicate benefit information efficiently and effectively.
