The Agency Sales Specialist will support an assigned group of agents. This position will provide primary agency support to promote production, retention, and profitability. Additionally, they will assist in agent on boarding, virtual training, regular and ad hoc reporting, and serve as the assigned agent’s main point of contact. This role will be responsible for building agent relationships and promoting Builders Mutual. This opportunity can be based remote in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, and Georgia. The success of our company is rooted in teamwork, the way we care about the people we work with and serve. This remote role will allow you to do your best work from your home office, collaborating virtually with your team daily.
