The Agency Sales Manager II is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of agency relationships within an assigned group. This role combines sales leadership, business development, and relationship management to drive new business growth, improve agent performance, and expand Hagerty’s market presence. The manager leverages business intelligence, collaborates with internal partners, and engages with agents to ensure alignment with company goals and solidify Hagerty’s brand position.
