The Agency Sales Manager II is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of agency relationships within an assigned group. This role combines sales leadership, business development, and relationship management to drive new business growth, improve agent performance, and expand Hagerty’s market presence. By leveraging business intelligence, collaborating with internal partners, and engaging with agents, the Agency Sales Manager ensures alignment with company goals and solidifies Hagerty’s brand position in the marketplace. Owns new business growth in a defined agency list that includes larger accounts such as High-Net-Worth agents, national brokers and multi-state offices. Executive level responsibility with National Brokers. Advance understanding of insurance operations and competitor analysis. Engage with producers, customer support staff, agency owners and operations managers.
