Job Summary Under direct supervision, provides assistance to the operational support of ECMC’s external collection agency partners.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Data entry experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Creates reports for internal and external use including Daily Performance reports, Weekly Placement by Performance reports and Monthly reports
  • Acts as resource for staff and external agencies for updates
  • Assists in researching and reviewing account issues
  • Researches rehabilitation balance discrepancies
  • Responds to telephone calls, voicemails, emails and written correspondence from external agencies
  • Assists external agencies in Direct Loan Consolidation process
  • Manages balance discrepancy report and works with lenders for additional funding on Rehabilitation accounts
  • Manages relationships with external collection agencies
  • Tracks, researches and resolves agency-related issues
  • Complies with all ECMC Group Policies
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
