Requirements

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and grow a business.
  • Must be willing to obtain or possess necessary state insurance licenses (Property and Casualty, Life and Health). Study materials are provided for your benefit.
  • Desire to invest time and resources into building a successful agency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales goals and service expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage the daily operations of the agency, taking responsibility for all business decisions.
  • Keep abreast of the insurance industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
