Requirements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and grow a business.
- Must be willing to obtain or possess necessary state insurance licenses (Property and Casualty, Life and Health). Study materials are provided for your benefit.
- Desire to invest time and resources into building a successful agency.

- Manage the daily operations of the agency, taking responsibility for all business decisions.
- Keep abreast of the insurance industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
