About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Claims Advocate to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on managing agency claims related to workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability insurance. Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
3-5+ years of prior experience in agency or carrier claims.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
Familiarity with claims in the construction and non-profit sectors is highly desirable.
Easygoing and approachable demeanor.
