We are currently seeking a Senior Claims Advocate to join our growing Commercial Insurance Claims team. You’ll be processing new claims as they come in, complete pre-renewal claims reviews, and advocate for clients on their claims. Other tasks include submitting claims to carriers and notifying the service team of the new claim and maintaining accurate claim log and claim info in our agency management system (EPIC).
Requirements
- customer service experience
- excellent verbal and written communications
- 5 years insurance claims management experience
- Working with Microsoft Office products
Nice To Haves
- worked with EPIC before
- strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
