Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience
- Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

- John Deere University (JDU) training
- 10+ years of agricultural equipment experience
- Prior experience with a John Deere dealership
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and recondition agricultural equipment
- Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Utilize diagnostic software and specialized tools
- Maintain safety standards in shop and field environments
- Complete accurate repair documentation
- Participate in ongoing technical training, including John Deere systems and diesel technologies
