About The Position
21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring an experienced Ag Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment in a professional dealership environment. Compensation Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (DOE) Additional earning opportunities: Overtime premiums On-call bonus eligibility Production-based incentive plan Benefits Medical insurance and HSA Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) with company match Responsibilities As an Ag Service Technician, you will: Diagnose, repair, and recondition agricultural equipment Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Utilize diagnostic software and specialized tools Maintain safety standards in shop and field environments Complete accurate repair documentation Participate in ongoing technical training, including John Deere systems and diesel technologies Requirements 3+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to work in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: John Deere University (JDU) training 10+ years of agricultural equipment experience Prior experience with a John Deere dealership About 21st Century Equipment LLC Since 1996, 21st Century Equipment LLC has supported farmers with advanced agricultural equipment and innovative solutions.
