Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in credit, lending, or examination.
Strong understanding of loan documentation and underwriting.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as an Ag or Commercial Loan Officer or Credit Officer.
Proven success in business development and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Partner with Clients: Interview prospective ag/commercial loan customers and assess credit requests.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with mortgage officers and colleagues to generate referrals and structure credit terms.
Analyze & Strategize: Evaluate financial data, prepare loan committee presentations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Drive Results: Monitor booked credit facilities, manage problem credits, and implement workout strategies.
Grow the Business: Engage in ongoing business development and maintain strong client relationships.
