About The Position

Wonderful family located in Cottleville seeks a reliable and caring afternoon sitter for their 3 year old. Sitter who focuses on learning and meeting milestones appropriate with child’s age is a plus. The family focuses heavily on reading, limits screen time and prefers outdoor activities when weather allows. Shift would be Monday-Friday 3:00pm-6:00pm. Occasional date night or extended/weekend hours may be available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a valid drivers license with regular access to a vehicle and ability to transport children in said vehicle as needed
• Consent to a background screening

Responsibilities

• Age appropriate games, activities, snacks
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
• Light meals and snacks for children
• Restore the kitchen and play areas after food and fun (with age-appropriate assistance from the kids)
• Get to know a family and develop a relationship with the kids and parents over time
