About The Position

Are you ready to bring the excitement of sports and STEM to kids and have a blast while doing it? We are looking for energetic, outgoing instructors to inspire the next generation of young kids! This is a part-time position with room for growth as we continue to expand. If you love sports/STEM, kids, and making fitness fun, this is the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do: Lead fun, engaging sports and fitness, or STEM, classes for kids ages 2-12. Bring energy and excitement to every class! We want kids to leave each session smiling, confident, and excited to come back next time. Follow our easy-to-implement curriculum. Be a role model for kids, representing the fun, positive spirit of our programs. What We’re Looking For: An upbeat, positive attitude A passion for working with children Experience with kids is great, but what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to inspire! An athletic background (playing or coaching) is a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation (you’ll be driving to different program sites). Must be available for afternoon shifts on weekdays, with flexibility to adapt as needed. What You’ll Need: Ability to stay active: You’ll be running, jumping, and having fun with the kids all class long! Great communication skills Creative thinking: adapt to new situations and keep things fresh and fun for the kids. Passion, patience, and a smile! We want coaches who are excited to make a difference in kids’ lives! Available Hours: afternoons between the hours of 1pm-4:30pm. Some mornings available. Requirements
