Requirements

Female caregiver only
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
Reliable vehicle & proof of insurance
Child Abuse Clearance (for homes with children)
Dementia experience (for dementia‑support cases)
18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Personal care assistance
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Companionship and engagement
Safety support for wandering
Mental health awareness
Transportation to appointments and errands (when needed)
Comfort in a pet‑friendly home
Ability to work in a home with children (Child Abuse Clearance required for those cases)
