We are seeking a talented, results-driven Aftermarket & Warranty Coordinator responsible for overseeing all aftermarket and warranty-related tasks. This person will oversee service ticket management, troubleshooting, and parts fulfillment across the service departments. This includes an intimate knowledge of start-up and commissioning procedures, control panel troubleshooting, field wiring, and mechanical assembly, as well as concepts from the suction flange to the discharge flange, and administrative duties related to Aftermarket activities.

Requirements

  • Read and speak the English language proficiently enough to communicate with co-workers; to understand and provide directions; to respond to management inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records. Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • General understanding of industrial networks and their integration, such as; ModBus, ModBus TCP, DeviceNet, Ethernet, Profibus, SiemensN2 and others. (training available)
  • Proven track record of application, layout, and installation of PLC-based pump controls or the ability to learn and develop in this capacity.
  • High proficiency in QuantumFlo proprietary control logic and experience working in a rapidly changing field and office environment.
  • Proven industrial systems automation assembler and/or tester.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal communication skills, particularly on the telephone
  • Team player, adaptable, flexible.
  • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with QuantumFlo Representatives and field technicians in the application and field troubleshooting of controls
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with Aftermarket, Warranty, Troubleshooting, and Part Sales activities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field representatives and work effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Manage and monitor the CalQflo Service Portal, and communicate with QF reps regarding issue resolution and ticket closure. All possible communications will be routed through the CalQflo Service Portal ticket message system.
  • Facilitate parts ordering for QuantumFlo aftermarket customers. Work with vendors to obtain part pricing and availability, create part quotes, and process customer purchase orders as received. Also coordinate shipping of parts to customer locations.
  • Lead and coordinate Service School activities.
  • Prioritize parts sales and track against the target weekly.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in all aspects of daily work.
  • Work assigned schedule and multitask as necessary in a maturing corporate environment.
  • Other related duties as assigned by your direct manager.
  • Other basic skills required include exceptional interpersonal skills, teaching and training, time management, basic computer skills, self-motivation, a self-starter mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
