The NA sales manager provides technical support and direct customer engagement to ensure order winning in their region or sub-region. Responsible for working with UK based engineering and delivering in country technical/commercial capability to ensure the order intake target (at margins that support business growth) is achieved. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve long-term sales and company growth. Builds high level relationships with existing and new customers; including relevant technical teams/departments.
