Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality-driven roles
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic

  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training

Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate all aftermarket sales activities within the dealership
  • Serve as a key ambassador for the customer experience after the vehicle sale
  • Present and sell vehicle protection products and accessories in a consultative, customer-focused way
  • Clearly explain protection packages, benefits, and product guarantees
  • Work directly with customers in person, by phone, and online
  • Process aftermarket orders and accurately document customer purchases
  • Support customers after delivery with questions, follow-up, and scheduling assistance
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to assist with documentation and workflow
