As a member of the Northeast Regional Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying key areas for growth within the territory and meeting regional booking and margin objectives. Our products and offerings that you would be responsible for promoting include Control System Upgrades, Lifecycle Services, Ovation Advantage, Digital Solutions, Simulators, and more. A successful candidate will have advanced knowledge and understanding of the power market in the Northeast . A good understanding of Ovation is preferred. The territory includes Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, and Western PA . Power & Water Solutions is an industry-leading controls automation company that focuses on providing applications in the renewable (solar, hydro, wind), fossil (natural gas and coal) power generation, and water treatment plants sectors. We focus on upgrading existing plant control systems with industry-leading automation controls and instrumentation to promote the sustainability and longevity of our North American power grid and wastewater infrastructure. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Establish a lifecycle plan and maintain up-to-date project pursuit logs for all customers. Regularly communicate with customers on product offerings. Prepare and/or assist in the sales proposal process Provide technical presentations/demos to inform customers of new products, improvements, and services. Work independently and within a team to support customer inquiries, resolve problems and increase the efficiency of the overall sales process. Develop and cultivate relationships with installed base customers to understand business issues and increase customer satisfaction. Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely CRM updates Collaborate as needed with Emerson Impact partners and key internal departments (System sales, field service, order entry, proposals, projects, etc.) Promote Emerson’s image through participation in professional societies and trade shows.
